The Rain of Mercy

Rain, not the international actor and singer from Korea, is a gift from God. It brings mercy to the Earth in a way that you haven't notice. If you noticed it, then it's good. If not, then you need to reflect back on yourself.
Isn't it beautiful?
I'm sure for some of us, when it rains, you tends to feel sleepy and got yourself some sleep. I'm pretty sure of it, coz that is what I had done in the past, where I tends to overslept in the morning and didn't go to my class.
However, some of us dislikes rains, for people who drives a bike or sees rains as a negative phenomena. For those who rides bikes, rains will make them soak wet when they rides their bikes and for those who had negative impression on rains, they knew that rains will bring floods to their homes and villages, even cities as well.
I'm sorry for those who were less fortunate, but I had also faced the same situations. I'm sure its tough and it gives you a bad impression at first, but believe it or not, rains is a gift, which is beneficial to us, the temporary occupants of this world. So, let's see some benefits of one greatest creation of God that is called RAIN.

1. It nourishes the Earth
For those who works as a farmer or padi planter, it helps to nourish their plants in order for them to grow. Otherwise, their farm will get dry and the farmers will unable to harvest their plants. In some part of the world, which always dry all the times; for example in Africa and some Arabic countries, it is used to moisturize the land to make it much more colder than most of the times.

2. It is a source of fresh water
Based on facts, not every place has a good source of water supply, even in Malaysia. Therefore, with the water supply from above, they could use them to drink, to take bath and to cook their meals. For sailors, rain is a good source water for drinks since they can't drinks the ocean water, which is very salty.
Who are we to blame?

3. It acts as a reminder
Rain does not only brings goodness in its downfall, it also brings destruction, the flood. Obviously, in life, everything has pros and cons. There are two sides in each story. In this case, the flood, of course will bring hardships to the people who were affected by the flood, where they had to bear the loss of millions of money for redevelopment. Unless they had prepared for the flood, by developing a good drainage and water channel system, perhaps they just need a few thousands. In the end, it all comes back to us, what goes around, comes around.

So, remember, don't take rain for granted because you're not sure when you will get a long drought without rain. Then, you'll know how important and useful it is to have rains pouring down your lands.
