Life.
It's all about making difficult choices. It's all about selecting the best option.
Funny thing about life, we can't run from this obligation. We cannot run from this fate.
It's either we stay or we run away. It's either to fight or to flight.
By the end of it, we have to make a decision.

Life as a kid.
Since we were kids, we are required to make decisions. To plan the future or to decide the next step. At the time, naive and innocent, without realizing it, we made the first step of a bright future when we decided the schools that we wanted to study in. Even though, at those times, we were just following "orders" from our parents, instinctively, we were actually decided to follow their instructions in the process. Because, they knew what’s best for us. They knew better.


Growing up.
As we became teenager, it became tougher. It all goes back to us. We became the decision makers of our own. We decide our own future. The options were there and it’s up to us to make the best of them. Multiple choices were presented but only one will prevail, which you think is the best. By the end of it, without regrets, you just have to live with it, because you know, that some part of our lives, we have one and only chance to decide our own future.

Growing older.
Becoming an adult, we develop understanding and maturity. We began to understand about choices and options better. We became our own parent, in a way. Soon, we realized that making decisions comes with a big responsibility. We realized that our decisions does not only affects on us but also people around us. People that we care and people that we love. And here comes the part where we need to take all factors into considerations. Here comes the part where we need to sit down and think it over. Before we make those tough and difficult decisions. Before we make any mistake.

Sacrifices.
Later, we learn another side of making decisions. We learned that sometimes, in making decisions, we have to sacrifice. As our decisions affected surrounding people, we know that we can't please everyone.Naturally, as a human, we know that we can't make a decision that will satisfy everybody. Sometimes, we need to sacrifice people's trust and understanding in order to move forward. Sometimes, we need to put aside the risk factor in order to see a bright future ahead. And sometimes, we need to sacrifice our own needs in order to lead a better life for the people.

Decisions of Uncertainty.
Making decisions, it relates to uncertainty. We can't foresee the outcome. We cannot predict the future. That's why we need to prepare. That's why we need a plan. We need to survey and look out for every possibility. We need to compare. We need to take into considerations the advantages and disadvantages. The pros and cons. Then only after all those things, we could come out with the best decision. However, we can't be too sure of the outcome. Sometimes, we could just make plans just to find out that we fail. But don't worry. A failure is also a success, in a way. It teaches us something in the process. It gives us the opportunity to learn from mistakes, so that we won't be doing the same mistake ever again.
