Tour of My Existence

In the process of learning, basically, we'll go through three stages. In every education system, to require useful information and knowledge, we can't outrun these three stages. And we are not supposed to skip the steps. Jump through to the final stage, will lead us right through to failures. And worst, we got nothing out of it.

So, here are the three stages of learning;
Stage 1: Exposure
When we come across some sort of new knowledge, in order to require new skills, first of all, we need exposure. We need to know what we are being exposed to. We need to know the terms, definitions and formula that might be useful afterward. Without knowing this, the basics, it would be hard for us to understand the mechanism, the advanced algorithm, the explanation, which relies on them.

Stage 2: Practice
What's the point of learning, if we don't practice? So, practice is a must. This is the time, where we use the basics to learn something much more advance. This is the time, where we put everything we got and we know into something we do. And this practice requires discipline; and discipline is a product of right attitude. Without attitude, discipline won't be functioning. And talking about discipline, this kind of practice requires lot of time. And if you let your guard down, if you neglect the importance of practice, you won't be able to master the knowledge, the skills.

Stage 3: Master
The last stage is where you master the knowledge; the right approach, the techniques and the skills. This is the time, where you become a professional. Once you fully understand the basics and put them into practice with immeasurable amount of time, this is the time where you put the knowledge, the information into a good use. But, how to do it? Easy, we use them every day. We make it as our passion. Our life. We live by applying the lessons throughout the day. In fact, once you master the knowledge, without knowing it, we are subconsciously applying them in life. For advance knowledge users, they turn this knowledge into profit. They apply the acquired skills into a profession. They put their mind on it, and they become compassionate about their work, and sooner or later, they become successful.

In conclusion, to become successful and a master of life, there is no shortcut. There is no time machine that will bring us to the top of tower of success. By hook or by crook, we need to, we must follow the steps. So that we learn, the importance of learning. So that we learn about the obstacles, the challenges of acquiring useful knowledge and information. In the process of growing up, what if we suddenly become an adult. There is no fun in that. We wouldn't know the feeling of being a child, taken care of our lovely parents. We wouldn't know the feeling of teenagers being ignorant or selfish. Without knowing all of this, how can we become mature, think carefully before making a decision. And that's the reason why, the steps of learning process is very important in our life. Without it, there is no way for us to change ourselves.
