Tour of My Existence

There are things we don't talk about.
There are stuff we don't tell others.
And there are secrets we don't like to go public.

Secrets must be kept sealed in our mind. [source]

Well, everybody has secrets. Who doesn't?
And it’s their story to tell. Not us.
Even though we know their secrets.
Because why?
Because it’s none of our business.
So, let them talk. Give them the privilege to tell.

Sometimes, we don't talk about family problems to friends.
Sometimes, we don't talk about work stress to family.
Sometimes, we don't talk about sex life to colleagues.
And sometimes, we don't talk about ourselves to others.
It's just that, we don't want to talk about it.
That's all.

Talking is not an issue here.
The real issue is the reason not to talk.
The cause, the fear of talking that scares them the most.
While there are various reasons to why people don't talk;
It all goes back to this. People like to keep it secret.
Keep it to themselves. Without other people knowing it.

But why? Why people don't talk?
It’s because of others.
They don't want to worry others.
Burden them with their own secrets.
So, they hope, they wish.
Trying to solve the problem by themselves.
Pray that the problem will go away.
So, people don't notice there are problems.

However, in most cases, we are wrong.
We are wrong that we don't need a helping hand.
We are wrong that the problem will be gone by themselves.
And so, we are absolutely wrong. And we need help.

Another reason? Talking definitely change things.
It changes how we feel about ourselves. Being uncomfortable.
Losing self-confidence for talking about private matters.
Worst case scenario, it definitely changes the environment.
Some what we called friends; don't want to talk to us anymore.
And some may become judgmental and stares all the time.
In the end, we lose ourselves. Just because of talking.

Just beware of the stare. It could kill you. [source]

At last, we'll find out that some secrets are better left unspoken.
Because once the cat is out of the bag, there are only two possible outcomes.
Whether it's good or bad. Whether it’s right or wrong.
And it’s up to us to decide which is which. It's all up to us.
